Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the Sub-Judge at Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to any court of the Family Court at Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Ashok Kumar For Respondent : M/s.R.Akila

O R D E R

Both counsel present and heard. Counsel for the respondent has no objection in effecting the transfer proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2017 from the file of Subordinate Court, Thriuvannamalai to Family Court, Chennai as prayed for by the petitioner and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the above position, the H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Thriuvannamalai and transferred to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai for disposal in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
