Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6(b) of the order dated 25.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10905 of 2021 while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- has to be modified and instead of that he prayed that Rs.10,000/- may be ordered to be deposited.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that he has no objection for the modification of the deposit amount. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), instead of Rs.25,000/.
