2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose for which the application was filed has been achieved, as the vehicle was seized by the Advocate Commissioner.

3. Considering the fact that the vehicle was seized from Srivilliputhur. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
