O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Secretary to J.J.601, Meyyur Primary Agricultural Coop Credit Society, Uthukottai, Tiruvallur District. While so, he was suspended from service by order dated 26.11.2012. The petitioner was not given Subsistence Allowance from the date of suspension. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation on 12.9.2014 requesting the second respondent to pay him Subsistence Allowance including the arrears. However, there was no follow up action taken by the second respondent. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
