The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records of the first respondent relating to Circular 43 of 2007 in Letter in R.No.51018/H1/2007, dated 31.10.2007 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the second respondent to adhere to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28971/2007 dated 24.10.2007 filed by this petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.06.2018. When the matter was taken up on 26.06.2018, the learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the writ petitioner has already been granted and the licence has already been issued to the driving school and hence, nothing survives in this petition. But on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
