Pursuant to the deliberations before the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Court, the parties have amicably resolved the issue among themselves and they have entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.09.2019. 2.As per the terms of the compromise, the proceedings in Tr.C.M.P.No.335 of 2018 pending before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24616 of 2019 stands closed. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of this order.
