By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he belongs to Backward Community and hails from an economically poor family and with great difficulty, has completed jewel appraiser course and the second respondent has engaged him as a Jewel Appraiser on 13.12.2010, and all of a sudden, on 14.5.2015, he has been disengaged from service and in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 1.7.2015, to the second respondent requesting him to engage his services as Jewel Appraiser and since no orders have been passed on the side of the second respondent, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.K.Srinivasamurthy, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 1.7.2015, in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
