PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 28.04.2017 and 15.05.2017 of the petitioner regarding the unauthorised construction of premises bearing Door No.5/3, V street, Jothi Nagar, Chitalapakkam, an encroachment by the 4th respondent and initiate immediate action against the 4th respondent and to remove the encroachment.
