This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the order of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.En.1296/2019/A1 dated 29.08.2020 and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in the service at Anikadavu Village, Udumalaipet, Thirupur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted a written instructions from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalaipettai, in ROC.No.1296/2019/A1 dated 29.11.202 and in the written instructions, it is stated that as of now the petitioner is working as Village Administrative Officer in Mayiladumparai Village of Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
