This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 3 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased respondent Arunachalam and add them a respondents 3 to 6 in CMA No.783 of 2017.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the main petition on 10.11.2023 for filing counter.

4. The appellant is permitted to take private notice to the proposed respondents returnable by 10.11.2023.
