ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 alleging that the officials of the third respondent along with the police are harassing the rice mill owners who in turn are refusing to grind the food products given by the private individuals. A similar representation was also given to the third respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner has sought for a Government Order if any so as to enable him to take appropriate action. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 30.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
