ORDER

Claiming to be in possession of the Government land and seeking to exchange the same with his private land, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.08.2015, under the Board standing orders. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
