ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the respondents to immediately seize and preserve all CCTV footages from Government Hospital, Edappadi for the period between 14.03.2026 and 15.03.2026 in connection with Crime No.70/2026 on the file of 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner representation dt. 23.03.2026 and to pass orders within time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the third respondent seized CCTV footages from Government Hospital, Edappadi and deposited the same before the Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi on 30.04.2026.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
