This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022 and 07.04.2022 and also to issue patta in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.507/4A, situated in Thirumullaivoyal Village, Tiruvallur District measuring 0.51⁄4 cents equivalent to 2464 Sq.ft of vacant land obtained by the petitioner under Release deed dated 30.06.1995 registered as document No.1582 of 1995 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Ambattur.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022 and 07.04.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
