ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had earlier challenged the proceeding of the 2nd respondent/Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial). The 2nd respondent herein by order dated 22.05.2019 bearing ref.No.T/C/300/CPS/VRI terminated the petitioner's contract which was for a period of three years starting from 17.05.2017 to 16.05.2020. The petitioner has challenged the same before this Court in W.P.No.15278 of 2019 which was dismissed by this Court vide its order dated 10.06.2019. 2/5

3.Thereafter, the petitioner has invoked the arbitration clause under the contract. An award dated 23.04.2021 has been passed. It appears that the petitioner has also complied with the award. 4.In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
