Petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6636 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

2.This Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police everyday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6636 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four (4) weeks.
