Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the bail bond in Crl.M.P.No.4240 of 2016 in C.A.266 of 2016 order dated 20.07.2017 enlarging on bail by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.[CRL.MP.NO.1371/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.STALIN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.HARI Government Advocate[crl.side]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the crime number is wrongly mentioned in the order. Hence, the petitioner is unable to furnish the bail bond in time and therefore, he seeks modification of the said condition and also seeks extension of time to execute the bond.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1371 of 2018 in C.A.No.266 of 2016 order dated 20.07.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish solvent sureties and time for executing the bail bond is extended for a further period of one week from today and the other conditions remain unaltered and this petition is ordered accordingly.
