This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the issue is purely civil in nature, the second respondent police enquired the petitioners based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.401 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 15.07.2021. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
