This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2019 in CSR.No.83/2019 and investigate the matter and file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, Liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
