This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 05.06.2014, filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.06.2014 to the respondent, seeking recognition. However, the respondent has not acted on the said representation so far. 3.Heard both sides and perused the records.

4.Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2014, if not considered earlier and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
