Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken

up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents particularly the 1st respondent to issue permit to continue the bunk shop situated in Government District Headquarters Hospital, Namakkal, on the basis of his representation dated 30.06.2017 and consequently reconnect the Water Supply to the said bunk shop.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.06.2017 to permit him to run the Bunk Shop at the Hospital campus and the same has not yet been disposed of.

Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.16346 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015, the 2nd respondent had considered the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015 and passed an order on 30.05.2017 finding that the petitioner is an encroacher, who is not entitled to put in possession of the Bunk Shop in the hospital premises. Thereafter, the present representation has been given by the petitioner on 30.06.2017.

5. Since the respondents have already considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
