Seeking to dispose of the representations dated 11.08.2015 and 27.08.2015 in and by which the petitioner has made a request to the second respondent to transfer the patta for the land in Survey No.94 in Plot No.8 at Alamelumangapuram APL Avenue Extension, Vellore Taluk, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the scope of the limited prayer sought for to dispose of the representations and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.08.2015 and 27.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the second respondent to hear any other third party if so required, while disposing of the petitioner's representations.
