This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree passed by the III Additional District Court, Salem, on 16.11.2018 in O.S. No.16 of 2013.

2. The appellants have filed a memo to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn as the matter is settled out of Court. In the memo dated 10.12.2020, the learned counsel for the appellants and the appellants have also signed. Based on the memo filed by the appellant, this Court is inclined to dismiss the appeal.
