This petition is filed to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 11. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 1 to 10 and their names and addresses having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 382 days, for which, reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 382 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
