COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in M.P.Nos. 7/2019, 12/2019, 8/2019, 11/2019, 10/2019, 9/2019, 13/2019 and 14/2019 respectively dated 16.04.2019 and to quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to entertain the appeal papers to be re-presented by the petitioner after condoning the delay of 82 days and upon such re-presentation, admit the appeal and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents in all these writ petitions.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner in all these writ petitions submits that he would withdraw these writ petitions.

3.Learned counsel on record for writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows: 'I may withdraw this writ petition sd/- Counsel for petitioner 20.06.2019'.

4. Aforesaid endorsement is reiterated in the hearing. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
