(CRIME NO.03 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP. No.11367 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 as to the effect that the petitioner shall be permitted to appear before the Respondent Police after the recovery from the Covid 19 at least for 3 weeks instead of reporting before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm daily until further orders as per the above said order and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11367 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to Covid-19, the petitioner could not be able to comply the condition Viz., to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police from tomorrow onwards daily at 10.30 a.m. till 04.07.2022 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
