ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2022 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5 (1),5 (n) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the mother-in-law of the petitioner. The petitioner was married with defacto complainant's elder daughter. It is alleged that the petitioner had committed sexual harassment on the younger daughter of the defacto complainant aged about 14 years. Hence, the complaint was registered as against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2022 and the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet also filed. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the victim girl aged only about 14 years and the petitioner had committed penetral sexual assault on the minor victim girl. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and it revealed that the petitioner is none other than her sister's husband. committed penetral sexual assault on the minor victim girl aged about 14 years. Petitioner was committed very cruel offence on the victim girl. Therefore, it was informed to her parents and lodged complaint. Therefore, the petitioner had committed serious and heinous offence on the minor victim girl. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
