No. 424/2 in Avinashi Taluk Tiruppur District in accordance with law within a time frame.

ORDER

The petitioner made representation to the second respondent on 18.11.2013 alleging that the property stands in the name of his mother has been alienated without the consent of the petitioner by one of the legal heir to the third party and pursuant to which, patta has been changed without affording opportunity to the petitioner. In pursuance to the said representation dated 18.11.2013, an enquiry notice has been issued by the Tahsildar, Avinashi as seen from the notices dated 07.02.2014 and 23.07.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner had attended the enquiry, no final decision has been taken so far.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 18.11.2013 either by himself or by directing the Tahsildar, Avinashi to do the same, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
