ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 16.03.2013 of the petititoner against the abovesaid persons, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner had executed a Power of Attorney in the year 2007 to one M.Ranganathan and thereafter, the said Ranganathan has sold the property to his wife Jothi in the year 2011. It is contended by the petitioner that the said document is the fabricated document and he has not executed any Power of Attorney.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was investigated and closure report has been filed as 'mistake of fact'. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor across the bar.

5.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
