O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.454 of 2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband suppressing his earlier marriage, married the petitioner on 14.05.2002 and after the marriage, he started to harass the petitioner and now, he is selling the properties belonging to the petitioner by threatening her.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.454 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending enquiry.

5. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
