O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case against the 2nd respondent based on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.05.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.276 of 2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Chitra, stating that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs from the said Chitra and now, she is threatening the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5 lakhs. Though the said complaint was given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 20.05.2015, no action was taken by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.276 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending enquiry.

5. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.05.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law as early as possible.
