Learned Additional Government Pleader has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.07.2023, under which the order dated 28.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.28554 of 2022 has been duly complied with. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. He would submit that liberty may be granted by 1/3

this Court for the petitioner to challenge the said order as the petitioner's representation has been rejected.

2. Since the order of this Court dated 28.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.28554 of 2022 has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.
