O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.09.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.262 of 2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 07.09.2015 as against respondents 2 and 3 on the allegation that they have assaulted and abused the petitioner with filthy language. Since no action was taken by the first respondent till date, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.262 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending enquiry.

5. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.09.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law as early as possible.

6. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
