This appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree passsed in A.S.No.4 of 2011 dated 20.12.2013 on the file of the Sub-Court, Gingee reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.183 of 1999 dated 19.10.2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gingee.

JUDGMENT

When the above Second Appeal was posted for hearing on 06.02.2019, there was no representation for the appellants and hence, the matter was posted today "for dismissal".
