This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.07.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13007 of 2021, thereby directing the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.5120 of 2020 and file final report before the Magistrate concerned, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in crime No.5120 of 2021 has been completed and the same was closed. The closure report also filed before the concerned magistrate.
