The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the matter has become infructuous and the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.195 of 2006 is dismissed on merits and to that effect he also made an endorsement in the petition. 2.Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
