O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 pending on the file of the first respondent in C.S.R.No.186 of 2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 12.09.2015 as against the second respondent herein on the allegation that he had obtained patta in respect of the petitioner's property by fabricating the documents. Since no action was taken by the first respondent till date, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent.

Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 pending in C.S.R.No.186 of 2015 and dispose of the same as early as possible.
