This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22591 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner after issuing notice the petitioner and the counter parties and dispose the same within a period of two weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and registered a FIR in Crime No.773 of 2023 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the FIR in Crime No.773 of 2023 before this Court.
