The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 21.05.2018 made by the Petitioner seeking terminal benefits and other legal dues of her deceased husband, viz., Mr. K.Krishnamoorthy, and grant family pension to her within a time to be stipulated by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has filed a memo dated 31.03.2022 to that effect, which is placed on record.
