This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent the Inspector of Police, F-2 Police Station, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014 to register FIR and initiate further action against him on the basis of the complaint dated 06.03.2019 and vide CSR.No.131/2019 dated 22.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
