(ii) directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition of the Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore, order made in C.M.P.No.5492 of 2018, dated 11.07.2018 (i)directed the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of them one shall be blood related for like M.DHANDAPANI, J kal sum. (ii) directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.Now it is submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition in respect of furnishing one of the sureties by a blood related person and seeks for modification in that aspect. 3.Considering the plight of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition that he shall furnish local surety instead of surety by a blood related person. The other conditions already imposed shall hold good.
