16231 of 2020 grant an interim order Directing the 15th respondent to submit a detailed report of all temples where the Hundial is opened during the lockdown period without following due procedure based on the Illegal order/ direction/circular of the 15th respondent and direct the respective jursidiction police station to register FIR on all such instances and investigate 4 WMP No.16234 of 2020 grant an interim order Directing the 15th respondent to submit a detailed report on the number of temples to which the annual audit reports have been submitted the last fasli during which such an audit report is submitted the no temples to which the audit objections are pending along with the no of days/ months/years for which they are pending etc and submit the audited annual report of all such temples as required by S.
87 of the HR and CE Act 5 WMP No.16329 of 2020 grant an interim order Directing the 1st Respondent to pass necessary orders to register the FIRS based on my complaints viz (a) HTR20057846 (b) HTR20058113 (C) HHR20059884 (d) HAR 20064243 (E) ETR19038706 (F) BTR 20066813 (G) HTR 20074709 (H) HTR 20024229 (1) HTR20091229 AND (j) CSR NO 505/2019 and transfer the case to the 14th respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of RANGARAJAN NARASIMHAN PARTY IN PERSON the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) The relief sought for cannot be granted in all these petitions and the same can be considered in the main writ petitions.
