This revision seeks a direction to learned District Munsif, Omalur to dispose of the case in O.S.No.29/2004 pending on his file.

2. Though the respondents stand served none appears.

3. It is seen that the first petitioner is a senior citizen aged 77 years. The suit is one seeking partition and permanent injunction. In the circumstances, this court considers it appropriate to direct the learned District Munsif, Omalur to dispose of the case pending in O.S.No.29/2004 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
