O R D E R
The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to enquire the complaint by the petitioner dated 08.07.2015 vide CSR.No.294/2015 on the file of the respondent and consequently, to register the FIR for the offence committed by V.Mukundan.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant. He has lodged a complaint against one Mukundan on 08.07.2015, but no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present petition.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed.

4. Since, the complaint was closed, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the appropriate Court.
