Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 07.07.2021 by incorporating the CBI counsel name in the respondent appearance and also modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners to appear at 10.30 am daily before the respondent police in para 8(c) of the order as as and when required. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.07.2021 by incorporating the CBI counsel name in the respondent appearance and also modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners to appear at 10.30 am daily before the respondent police in para 8(c) of the order as and when required.

2. Heard both sides and this Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Srinivasan, Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent instead of Mr.C.E.Pratap, Government Advocate (Crl. side) and further directed to modify the condition 8(c) i.e. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, the petition is modified. All other conditions remain unaltered.
