ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondent Police to recover the documents and other articles which were allegedly stolen by the accused.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent registered FIR in Crime No.348 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 451, 387 and 420 of IPC. After registration of FIR there was no recovery from the accused persons. Hence, the petitioner sought for direction to direct the respondent to recover the documents as mentioned in the complaint. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is still pending on the file of the respondent in Crime No.348 of 2022.

Considering the above said submissions, the respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law, in Crime No.348 of the 2022 and complete the same within a period of three months from today and file final report. 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
