This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6632 of 2023 on 28.03.2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6632 of 2023 on 28.03.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6632 of 2023 on 28.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
