The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his request for grant educational loan for pursuing M.B.B.S at Hebei University, China, has come up with this Writ Petition, seeking direction to the Bank to grant educational loan.

2.The Bank had rejected the request of the petitioner, on the ground that the said University is not approved by the National Medical Commission (formerly known as Medical Council of India). It is also stated that the China is not an eligible country for grant of educational loan. 3.In view of the exclusion by the National Medical Commission the Bank cannot be directed to grant loan to the petitioner. The order of rejection is being perfectly justified. I do not find any cause to interfere with the rejection under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This Writ Petition fails, and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
