This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.6231 of 2023 on 21.03.2023 to stay at Puducherry and report before the Kalapet Police Station, Puducherry, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Kalapet Police Station, Puducherry, on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
