COMMON ORDER These matters were referred to the Mediation Centre by this Court and before the Mediation Centre, the parties appeared to have entered into an amicable settlement. Therefore, the Mediation Centre has sent a report dated 19.03.2015, enclosing the agreement entered into between the parties and the terms in the compromise are as follows:

"1. All the parties arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre.

2. 2nd respondent agreed to give his consent to quash the complaint in C.C.No.33/2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore in Crl.OP.No.27127/2014.

3. 2nd respondent agreed to give his consent to quash the complaint in Crl.OP.No.31657/2014 listed on 04.03.2015.

4. Both parties agreed to withdraw their cases against each other."

In view of the above, all proceedings in C.C.Nos.33 and 586 of 2013 are quashed.
